Clock-in/Clock-out Button Display Rule

The SwipePoint app will remember whether the last punch was a "clock-in" or "clock-out" card, to ensure users’ (employees’) clock-in records are accurate. If the last punch was clock-in, the next one should be clock-out.

However, if users (employees) accidentally missed or punched the wrong card, causing the SwipePoint app to record incorrectly, you can fix it as follows:

After entering the clock-in mode of the SwipePoint app, click "Clock-in," then click "Regular Class," and then, based on your duty shift, select the appropriate shift to punch in. If you do not have a specific duty shift, simply click "Skip."

Then on the screen where "Start Work" or "End Work" is shown, there will be a "More" option below. Click in, and you will see different work statuses to choose from. Please select the correct work status according to your current situation, so you can restore the clock-in record!

Clock-in Push Notification

When users clock in, the system will automatically send push notifications to inform relevant personnel. These push notifications will be sent instantly to the creator, the top administrators, and other administrators in the same group so they can quickly keep track of clock-in activities and ensure all personnel actions are transparent and traceable in real time.

Clock-in Push Notification Recipients

When users clock in, the system will automatically send push notifications to the following personnel:

No. Push Notification Recipient
