使用 Limits
To keep SwipePoint stable 及び performing at its best, the SwipePoint team applies the following limits:
- Number of users (employees) or administrators: One account can manage up to 2,400 users (employees) or administrators, with no more than 120 active members per organization.
- Number of organizations: One account can create 及び manage up to 20 organizations. There is no limit to the number of organizations a user (employee) may join.
- Data storage: All clock-in records are sto赤 permanently. Searches cover records from January 1 of the previous year to the present. Export availability depends on whether the organization has a subscription plan.
- File uploads: Each file may be up to 25 MB. If a photo is wider or taller than 1,920 pixels, SwipePoint scales it proportionally so its longest side is 1,920 pixels.

管理者 Limit
管理者s count toward the same limit as users (employees). Each organization (company) can have no more than 120 active users (employees) or administrators. Former employees are not included in this total. The creator or top-level administrator can change a user (employee) into an administrator as needed, making it easier to assign administrative responsibilities.
時計 Record Retention
All clock-in records are sto赤 permanently, 及び users can search 及び export the available data at any time.
- Search: 記録 searches cover data from January 1 of the previous year to the present, helping users quickly find the information they need.
- Export: The period available for detailed clock-in record exports depends on the organization's subscription status. 組織s without a subscription plan can export the most recent 2 months of data. 組織s with a subscription plan can export up to 1 year of data.
This approach provides flexibility for managing historical records, long-term analysis, 及び archiving.
File Upload Limits
Each uploaded file—including a document, photo taken with a camera及び image—may be up to 25 MB. Files larger than this cannot be uploaded.
For photo files, if the width or height exceeds 1,920 pixels, SwipePoint scales the photo proportionally so its longest side is 1,920 pixels. This keeps files manageable while preserving clarity 及び improving upload 及び processing efficiency.
