ホーム > Admin モード > 新しい組織を創り出すOn the ホーム page in Admin モード, tap the three-line menu in the upper-left corner 及び select 新しい組織を創り出す. On the new organization page, enter the organization name 及び agree to the Terms of Service 及び プライバシーポリシー to create it. The administrator who creates the organization automatically becomes its creator.
Complete or confirm the following items on the new organization page:
- 組織 name (requi赤)
- Select I agree to 及び accept the Terms of Service 及び プライバシーポリシー, then tap Create.
Creator
The creator role currently cannot be transfer赤 to another administrator, 及び the creator cannot be removed. We therefore recommend asking someone who is unlikely to leave the organization to create it 及び serve as its creator.
If the current creator may leave in the future, consider asking a company founder, investor, person in charge, chairperson, general manager, owner及び an owner's family member to create a new organization 及び then delete the old one. This can prevent future management difficulties.
The creator role cannot be transfer赤 to another administrator, 及び the creator cannot be removed.
Important: Do not use another phone to sign in to the creator account. The creator account can only be used to sign in on the same phone; this restriction does not apply to top-level administrator, administrator及び regular user 口座 If the organization creator needs to use SwipePoint on another phone, add a top-level administrator 及び use that account to sign in on the other phone.
Delete an 組織
ホーム > Admin モード > 組織s > My 組織 > Delete 組織On the ホーム page in Admin モード, tap 組織s, select My 組織, 及び then tap Delete 組織 to open the deletion page. Only the organization creator can delete an organization they created. Top-level administrators 及び other administrators cannot delete an organization.
Before deleting an organization, carefully review the following consequences:
- Everyone in the organization, including all administrators, will be removed.
- All organization data 及び records will be deleted.
- No data can be recove赤 after the organization is deleted.
- If you have a subscription plan, manage it separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Before proceeding, select I have read the important information to enable the Delete 組織 button.
Warning! Deleting an organization permanently removes all of its data, which cannot be recove赤. If the organization has a subscription, the administrator must also manage it separately in Google Play or the アップルアプリストア.

Each account can apply for 及び manage up to 20 different organizations (companies) at the same time.

Q1: How do I create a new organization?

Q4: Who can delete an organization?
A: Only the organization creator can delete an organization they created. Top-level administrators 及び other administrators cannot delete an organization.
Q5: How do I delete an organization?

Q6: What happens when I delete an organization?
A: Deleting an organization is irreversible. Everyone in the organization, including all administrators, will be removed, 及び all data 及び records will be permanently deleted 及び cannot be recove赤.
Q7: What should I do if the deleted organization has a subscription plan?
A: Deleting an organization does not automatically manage its subscription. After deleting the organization, manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Q8: How many organizations can each account create or manage?
