出席の記録
This feature improves the accuracy of attendance management 及び helps users underst及び their attendance status. 使用rs should update to the latest system version 及び follow the clock-in policy to keep attendance records accurate.
ホーム > 時計モード > My 出席者
使用rs (employees) can select My 出席者 from the ホーム page in 時計モード to open their attendance page. This page shows personal attendance records for scheduled shifts or assigned duties, including actual attendance times, clock-in times, 及び schedule (duty) assignments. 使用rs can review their working hours 及び attendance status for subsequent reporting 及び management.
記号:
- If a user does not select a configu赤 schedule or assigned duty when clocking in, the system cannot compare the scheduled working time with the actual clock-in time. That clock-in record will therefore be excluded from attendance statistics.
- 管理者s should configure each user’s (employee’s) shift 及び duty times in 予定表 Management 及び remind users to select the correct schedule when clocking in. This helps keep attendance data complete 及び accurate.
My 勤怠記録 計算s
ホーム > 時計モード > My 出席者 > Select Time
使用rs (employees) can select My 出席者 from the ホーム page in 時計モード to open their attendance page. After a query period is selected, the system uses the schedule 及び actual clock-in records to calculate 及び display 予定表d 出席者 時間, Actual 出席者 時間 (Excluding 余分時間), Actual Clocked 時間 (Excluding 余分時間), Total 余分時間 時間, Late Arrivals, Early Departures, 及び 欠席s. The default query period is from the first day of the current month through today. 使用rs can adjust the start 及び end dates as needed to review their attendance more precisely.
Default Query Range
The default query range is from the first day of the current month through today. You can adjust the start or end date as needed.
出席者 計算 Requirements
Within a single scheduled duty period, the system includes the period in attendance calculations only when the number of Start Work punches matches the number of End Work punches.
| 出席者 calculation | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Included | Number of Start Work punches = Number of End Work punches |
| Excluded | Number of Start Work punches ≠ Number of End Work punches |
計算 Details
The system uses the user’s schedule 及び actual clock-in records to calculate 及び display the following information:
- 予定表d 出席者 時間 (予定表): The total hours accumulated from the work periods defined in the schedule.
- Actual 出席者 時間 (Excluding 余分時間): The scheduled hours accumulated for scheduled periods in which the user completed both clock-in 及び clock-out punches.
- Actual Clocked 時間 (Excluding 余分時間): The hours accumulated from the user’s actual Start Work 及び End Work punch times within scheduled work periods.
- Total 余分時間 時間: The total hours from overtime punches.
- Late Arrival: A Start Work punch after the scheduled start time, including the flexible clock-in allowance, is conside赤 late.
- Early Departure: An End Work punch before the scheduled end time及び actual working hours below the scheduled requirement, is conside赤 an early departure.
- 欠席: No clock-in record exists during the scheduled duty period.
For each duty period in the schedule, the system applies the following definitions:
- 予定表d start time = The scheduled start time of the duty period
- 予定表d end time = The scheduled end time of the duty period
- 予定表d working hours = 予定表d end time - 予定表d start time - Break time
- Actual working hours = Actual End Work punch time - Actual Start Work punch time - Break time
| 出席者 status | Condition |
|---|---|
| Late Arrival | Actual Start Work punch time > 予定表d start time + Flexible clock-in allowance |
| Early Departure | Actual End Work punch time < 予定表d end time |
| Early Departure | Actual working hours < 予定表d working hours |
| 欠席 | Number of Start Work punches = 0 及び number of End Work punches = 0 |
記号:
- 余分時間 punch records are not currently linked to overtime requests.
- Personal attendance calculations do not currently compare leave records.
予定表d 出席者 時間
予定表d 出席者 時間 are the total of all work periods in the assigned schedule. They are generally calculated by adding the work periods defined by the start 及び end times in the company schedule. “予定表d” may also be refer赤 to as “stipulated.”
- Example: If a person has five workdays in one week 及び each scheduled day is eight hours, the 予定表d 出席者 時間 for that week are 40 hours.
Actual 出席者 時間 (Excluding 余分時間)
Actual 出席者 時間 are the scheduled hours accumulated for scheduled periods in which the user completed both clock-in 及び clock-out punches. They exclude overtime periods.
- Example: If a user completes both clock-in 及び clock-out punches from Monday through Friday 及び each scheduled day is eight hours, the Actual 出席者 時間 for that week are 40 hours.
Total 余分時間 時間
Total 余分時間 時間 are the total hours from overtime punches made outside regular working periods. 余分時間 punch records are not currently linked to overtime requests.
- Example: If a user works eight regular hours on Monday 及び then works two additional overtime hours, the Total 余分時間 時間 for that day are two hours.
Late Arrival
-
St及びard schedule A user is conside赤 late when the Start Work punch occurs after the scheduled start time.
- Example: If the scheduled start time is 09:00 及び the user clocks in at 09:05, the system automatically marks the record as late.
-
Flexible clock-in schedule If the company uses flexible clock-in times, late arrival is determined by the latest allowed clock-in time: scheduled start time + flexible clock-in allowance.
- Example: If the flexible clock-in allowance is one hour 及び the scheduled start time is 09:00, the user may clock in by 10:00 without being late. A punch at 10:05 is conside赤 late.
Early Departure
-
St及びard schedule A user is conside赤 to have left early when the End Work punch occurs before the scheduled end time.
- Example: If the scheduled end time is 18:00 及び the user makes an End Work punch at 17:50, the system automatically marks the record as an early departure.
-
Insufficient working hours A user is also conside赤 to have left early when the actual working hours are below the scheduled working hours.
- Example:
- Flexible clock-in allowance: 1 hour
- 予定表d start time: 09:00
- 予定表d end time: 18:00
- If the user clocks in at 09:30, takes a one-hour lunch break, 及び clocks out at 18:00, the actual working time is 7.5 hours. Because this is below the requi赤 eight hours, the system marks the record as an early departure.
- Example:
Additional 記号s
- If the company uses flexible working hours, confirm that the user meets both the minimum requi赤 working hours 及び the latest allowed clock-in time.
- Actions related to late arrival or early departure, such as warnings, pay deductions及び other management measures, should be defined by the company’s internal rules or personnel policies.
- To keep attendance records accurate, users should clock in 及び out according to their assigned schedules.
よく聞かれる質問
Q1: What is the My 出席者 feature?
A: My 出席者 lets employees view their personal attendance information for scheduled shifts or assigned duties, including actual attendance times, clock-in times, 及び how those times correspond to schedule assignments. This helps users underst及び their working hours 及び attendance status for subsequent reporting 及び management.
Q2: How do I open the My 出席者 page?
A: From the ホーム page in 時計モード, select My 出席者 to open your personal attendance records.
Q3: Why was my clock-in record excluded from attendance statistics?
A: If you did not select a configu赤 schedule or assigned duty when clocking in, the system cannot compare the scheduled working time with your actual clock-in time. That clock-in record is therefore excluded from attendance statistics. 管理者s should configure employee shifts 及び duty times in 予定表 Management, 及び users should select the correct schedule when clocking in.
Q4: How do I query attendance records for a specific period?
A: On the 出席の記録 page, select the period you want to query. The default range is from the first day of the current month through today, but you can adjust the start 及び end dates to review a specific period.
Q5: How does the system calculate my attendance records?
A: The system uses your schedule settings 及び actual clock-in records. It includes a scheduled duty period only when the number of Start Work punches matches the number of End Work punches. It displays 予定表d 出席者 時間, Actual 出席者 時間 (Excluding 余分時間), Actual Clocked 時間 (Excluding 余分時間), Total 余分時間 時間, Late Arrivals, Early Departures, 及び 欠席s.
Q6: What is the difference between 予定表d 出席者 時間, Actual 出席者 時間, 及び Actual Clocked 時間?
A: 予定表d 出席者 時間 are the total hours in all scheduled work periods. Actual 出席者 時間 (Excluding 余分時間) are the scheduled hours accumulated for periods in which both clock-in 及び clock-out punches were completed. Actual Clocked 時間 (Excluding 余分時間) are calculated from the actual Start Work 及び End Work punch times. All three exclude overtime periods.
Q7: How does the system determine Late Arrival 及び Early Departure?
A: A Start Work punch after the scheduled start time is conside赤 late. An End Work punch before the scheduled end time及び actual working hours below the scheduled requirement, is conside赤 an early departure. For flexible schedules, the system uses the latest allowed clock-in time—scheduled start time plus the flexible clock-in allowance—to determine whether a user is late. 使用rs must still meet the company’s minimum working-hour requirement to avoid an early-departure result.
Q8: What information is not yet supported by My 出席者?
A: 余分時間 punch records are not currently linked to overtime requests, 及び personal attendance calculations do not currently compare leave records.
