グループ
ホーム > Admin モード > 組織 > グループ
From the ホーム page in Admin モード, select 組織, then select グループ to open the グループ Management page. The page lists three main types of information: グループ, Managers, 及び Members. It shows every group 及び its related settings, helping administrators quickly review responsibilities 及び member assignments.
グループ
The グループ column displays group names such as Sales Department, R&D Team, Customer Service, 及び Marketing Department. These names represent functional units or project teams within the organization. Select the pencil icon beside a group name to edit it if you have the requi赤 permission.
Managers
The Managers column lists the administrators responsible for each group. An assigned manager has specific management permissions within that group. Select the plus icon beside the column heading or a group's manager list to choose an existing user 及び assign that person as a manager of the group.
Members
The Members column lists the members assigned to each group. Select the plus icon beside the column heading or a group's member list to choose one or more existing users 及び add them to the group.
グループs support detailed permission control 及び delegation. Assigning users to a group can limit a Manager to managing only the members 及び resources in that group. The Creator 及び Top Managers can manage all personnel 及び groups without these group restrictions. A Manager's scope is limited to the assigned groups, supporting least-privilege access 及び clearer responsibilities.
At the bottom of the page, select + Add グループ to open the Add グループ page. Enter a unique name in the グループ Name field, which shows e.g., Marketing as an example. Save the new group, then assign its managers 及び members.
Reminder!
- Except for the Creator, Top Managers, 及び Managers, a General 使用r can belong to only one group. This restriction keeps permissions simple, avoids conflicts caused by multiple group assignments, 及び makes each member's assignment clear.
- 使用rs (employees) cannot join a group themselves. The Creator or a Top Manager must configure group membership in Admin モード.
