管理者s can go to Admin モード on the ホーム page, click 打刻 Records 及び Management, 及び then select 時計のポイント設定 to access the clock-in point settings page. Here, administrators can configure clock-in points.
Number of 打刻 Points
Currently, SwipePoint allows a single organization to set up a maximum of 100 clock-in points, 及び each account can manage up to 2000 clock-in points.

管理者s can customize the names of clock-in points, such as オフィス, Tainan Branch, Warehouse, Construction Site, etc.

The effective distance ranges for the different clock-in technologies used by SwipePoint are as follows:

Enable 写真 打刻
Once enabled, users must take a photo as instructed during clock-in, such as a clock, a doorplate number及び another image that helps confirm the clock-in location 及び time.
To use this feature, the organization creator must subscribe to the プレミアム "Storage Space" plan to enable cloud storage for photo clock-ins.
Force Recording of GPS Location for 打刻
GPS location recording is optional by default. If every employee must provide GPS coordinates when clocking in, enable Force Recording of GPS Location for 打刻.
GPS Positioning 記号s
GPS positioning generally performs better in open outdoor environments. Location errors may occur indoors, underground, among tall buildings及び wherever satellite signals are weak or obstructed. Devices may also use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 及び mobile network data to determine their location, so actual accuracy varies by device 及び environment.
Important! GPS positioning cannot achieve 100% accuracy.
Enabling GPS Location
To allow SwipePoint to use location data on a phone or tablet, follow the steps below. Menu names may vary by operating system version 及び device manufacturer.
iPhone/iPad (iOS) Devices
- Go to Settings > プライバシー & 安全 > Location Services, then turn on Location Services.
- Select SwipePoint from the app list.
- Choose While Using the App. If other options appropriate to your use are available, choose as needed.
- Turn on Precise Location so SwipePoint can obtain a more accurate location.

Android Devices
- Go to Settings > Location, then turn on location services.
- Select App location permissions or a similarly named option, then select SwipePoint.
- Choose Allow only while using the app. If other options appropriate to your use are available, choose as needed.

Deactivating 打刻 Points
If a clock-in point is no longer needed, administrators can deactivate it from the right side of the clock-in point list. 使用rs (employees) will no longer see or use it.
記号 that deactivating a clock-in point does not delete any existing scheduled shifts. To completely remove a clock-in point 及び its associated schedules, you must delete all shifts assigned to it 及び reconfigure shifts with a new clock-in point.
