Set Individual Salary

ホーム > 管理モード > スタッフ > Personal Information > Any 従業員 > Hourly Wage, Daily Wage, Monthly Wage

From the 管理モード home page, an administrator can select スタッフ, open Personal Information, 及び then choose any employee to edit their personal information. The administrator can set the employee's hourly, daily及び monthly wage here. 給与計算 uses the configu赤 wage to calculate salary for a selected month.

Salary is currently calculated only from the difference between the employee's start-work 及び end-work clock-in times. 予定表s, leave, 及び similar information are not yet included. Breaks within work hours are not deducted automatically. SwipePoint will continue improving its individual attendance 及び salary calculation features.

給与計算

ホーム > 管理モード > スタッフ > 給与計算

From the 管理モード home page, an administrator can select スタッフ 及び then 給与計算 to open the salary calculation page. If an employee's personal information includes an hourly, daily及び monthly wage, the system converts that wage 及び calculates salary from the clock-in hours in the selected month.

Select a Month

Select the month for which you want to calculate salary.

Hourly Wage 計算

  • Example: 160 hours (total) × 200 (hourly wage) = 32,000 (salary)
  • Total: The sum of all clock-in hours. Each entry's hours are calculated by subtracting the start-work clock-in time from the end-work clock-in time.
  • Hourly Wage: The employee's hourly wage configu赤 in スタッフ > Personal Information.
  • Salary: The total hours multiplied by the hourly wage for the selected month.

Daily Wage 計算

  • Example: A daily wage of 1,600 converts to an hourly wage of 200; 160 hours (total) × 200 (hourly wage) = 32,000 (salary)
  • Total: The sum of all clock-in hours. Each entry's hours are calculated by subtracting the start-work clock-in time from the end-work clock-in time.
  • Daily Wage: The employee's daily wage configu赤 in スタッフ > Personal Information. The system assumes an eight-hour workday 及び divides the daily wage by 8 to calculate the hourly wage.
  • Salary: The total hours multiplied by the converted hourly wage for the selected month.

Monthly Wage 計算

  • Example: A monthly wage of 48,000 converts to an hourly wage of 200 (48,000 ÷ 8 ÷ 30); 160 hours (total) × 200 (hourly wage) = 32,000 (salary)
  • Total: The sum of all clock-in hours. Each entry's hours are calculated by subtracting the start-work clock-in time from the end-work clock-in time.
  • Monthly Wage: The employee's monthly wage configu赤 in スタッフ > Personal Information. The system assumes an eight-hour workday 及び 30 days per month, then divides the monthly wage by 8 及び by 30 to calculate the hourly wage.
  • Salary: The total hours multiplied by the converted hourly wage for the selected month.

計算 Example (April 2025)

  • Total 時間: Five days per week 及び eight hours per day in April 2025, totaling 160 hours
  • Hourly Wage 計算: 160 hours × 200 = 32,000
  • Daily Wage 計算: A daily wage of 1,600 converts to an hourly wage of 200; 160 hours × 200 = 32,000

If the built-in salary calculation does not meet the administrator's needs, the administrator can export clock-in 及び overtime records as Excel files 及び add formulas manually to calculate employee salaries.

計算する Salary from Exported 時計 Records

ホーム > 管理モード > 打刻 Records 及び Management > 輸出時計記録

From the 管理モード home page, an administrator can select 打刻 Records 及び Management 及び then 輸出時計記録 to open the export page. The administrator can export clock-in records 及び open the exported file in Excel to calculate salary.

Excel Instructions

  1. Open the exported Excel file.
  2. Enter a formula in a blank cell, such as =SUM(End Time Cell-開始時間 Cell)*24. Excel stores time in units of days, so multiplying by 24 converts days to hours 及び calculates the hours for each clock-in record.
  3. Add the calculated hours to obtain the employee's total work hours for the month.
  4. Multiply the total work hours by the employee's configu赤 or converted hourly wage to obtain the total salary.

計算する Salary from Exported 余分時間 Records

ホーム > 管理モード > 打刻 Records 及び Management > 輸出時間記録

From the 管理モード home page, an administrator can select 打刻 Records 及び Management 及び then 輸出時間記録 to open the export page. The administrator can export overtime records 及び open the exported file in Excel to calculate overtime pay.

Excel Instructions

  1. Open the exported Excel file.
  2. Enter a formula in a blank cell, such as =SUM(余分時間 End Time Cell-余分時間 開始時間 Cell)*24. Excel stores time in units of days, so multiplying by 24 converts days to hours 及び calculates the hours for each overtime record.
  3. Add the calculated overtime hours to obtain the employee's total overtime hours for the month.
  4. 使用 the employee's overtime hourly wage or the requi赤 overtime multiplier to calculate the total overtime pay.

よく聞かれる質問

Q1: How does an administrator set an employee's salary in the system?

A: From the 管理モード home page, select スタッフ, then Personal Information, 及び choose any employee to open that employee's personal information page. The administrator can set an hourly, daily及び monthly wage on this page. The system uses these values for salary calculations.

Q2: What is the current salary calculation based on, 及び how will it improve?

A: Salary is currently calculated only from employee clock-in records. The system calculates total work hours from the clock-in times 及び applies the configu赤 wage. Future improvements will provide more complete individual attendance 及び salary calculations by incorporating schedules, leave, 及び similar information.

Q3: How do I calculate salary in the system?

A: From the 管理モード home page, select スタッフ 及び then 給与計算 to open the salary calculation page. Select the month you want to calculate. The system uses the employee's configu赤 hourly, daily及び monthly wage 及び the clock-in hours for that month to calculate the salary.

Q4: How does the system calculate salary from an hourly, daily及び monthly wage?

A: The system ultimately uses an hourly wage for every calculation. For an hourly wage, it multiplies the configu赤 wage by the total clock-in hours. For a daily wage, it assumes an eight-hour workday, divides the daily wage by 8, 及び multiplies the result by the total clock-in hours. For a monthly wage, it assumes an eight-hour workday 及び 30 days per month, divides the monthly wage by 8 及び then by 30, 及び multiplies the result by the total clock-in hours. Total clock-in hours are the sum of each end-work clock-in time minus its corresponding start-work clock-in time.

Q5: What can an administrator do if the built-in salary calculation does not meet their needs?

A: The administrator can export clock-in 及び overtime records as Excel files, then add formulas manually in Excel for more detailed or customized salary calculations.

Q6: How do I export clock-in records for a manual salary calculation?

A: From the 管理モード home page, select 打刻 Records 及び Management 及び then 輸出時計記録 to open the export page. Open the exported Excel file 及び use a formula such as =SUM(End Time Cell-開始時間 Cell)*24 to calculate the hours for each record. Add the results to obtain the total work hours, then multiply that total by the employee's configu赤 or converted hourly wage.

Q7: How do I export overtime records to calculate overtime pay?

A: From the 管理モード home page, select 打刻 Records 及び Management 及び then 輸出時間記録 to open the export page. Open the exported Excel file 及び use a formula such as =SUM(余分時間 End Time Cell-余分時間 開始時間 Cell)*24 to calculate the hours for each overtime record. Add the results to obtain the total overtime hours, then apply the employee's overtime hourly wage or the requi赤 overtime multiplier.

Q8: Why do Excel formulas for clock-in or overtime hours multiply by 24?

A: Excel stores time in units of days. Multiplying the result by 24 converts it from days to hours because one day contains 24 hours. This makes the formula return the correct number of hours.
