Export Data Availability
SwipePoint stores clock-in records permanently in the cloud, but export permissions 及び available date ranges depend on the organization’s subscription status.

The following limits depend on whether the organization subscribes to the Ad-Free 組織 plan:

Fix Garbled Text in 時計 Record CSV Files
When a clock-in record CSV file is opened in Excel on Windows, Chinese text may appear garbled if Excel does not detect the file’s UTF-8 encoding correctly. 使用 either method below.
Method 1: Import the UTF-8 CSV in Excel
- Open Excel 及び create a blank workbook.
- Select
Data > Get Data > From File > From Text/CSV. Menu names may vary by Excel version. - Select the CSV file to import.
- If Excel displays a file-origin or encoding option, select
65001: Unicode (UTF-8)及び confirm that the delimiter is a comma. - Confirm that the preview displays the text correctly, then select Load.
Method 2: Save the File as UTF-8 with BOM
- Open the CSV file in a text editor that supports encoding selection, such as 記号pad++ or VS Code.
- Select Save As.
- Set the encoding to
UTF-8 with BOM, then save the file. - Reopen the saved file in Excel.
