Export My Records

Home > Clock-In Mode > Export My Records

Users (employees) can select Export My Records on the Clock-In Mode home screen to open the export page. This feature allows users to export only their own records; it does not include records belonging to other members of the organization.

Requirement: Export My Records is a Premium feature. A Premium subscription is required to use it.

Available Record Types

Users can export the following eight types of personal records:

  1. Scheduled Clock-In Records
  2. Unscheduled Clock-In Records
  3. Overtime Clock-In Records
  4. Schedule
  5. Leave Records
  6. Overtime Applications
  7. Work-from-Home Applications
  8. Fieldwork or Business-Trip Applications

Export File Format

All eight record types are exported in CSV format.

Export Date Range

Each export can cover a date range of up to three months.

If there are no records for the selected record type and date range, the system displays No Data.

On the export page, select the record type and conditions shown on the screen. After the export is complete, use the save or share options provided by your device to store the file securely.

Exported files may contain personal attendance information. Do not share them with unauthorized people, and store them according to your organization's policies.
