Individual users can subscribe to an Individual Ad-Free plan to remove ads from their own account.

After subscribing, only that user or employee will stop seeing ads. Other members of the organization will still see ads.

An administrator who is the 組織 Creator can subscribe to an 組織 Ad-Free plan to remove ads for every member of that organization.

Important: Do not sign in to the 組織 Creator account on different phones. The creator account must remain signed in on the same phone to keep the organization's subscription information consistent.

Switching Plans After Subscribing

Subscribed but Still Seeing Ads

Ask the 組織 Creator to update SwipePoint to the latest version, sign out of the SwipePoint account, 及び sign back in. Also confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple 口座 or Google 口座 used to purchase the subscription.
