使用rs (employees) can select "時計 Records (No 予定表)" from the 時計モード home page to open their personal no-schedule clock-in records. This page lets users view 及び manage records created when no schedule was selected.

"時計 Records (No 予定表)" only displays records created without a selected schedule.

Select a clock-in time to view the complete record details, including:

  1. 時計 Time: The date 及び time of the clock-in (year, month, day, hour, 及び minute).
  2. GPS Location: The latitude 及び longitude or address recorded at the time of the clock-in.
  3. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi hotspot connected at the time of the clock-in.
  4. IP Address: The network IPアドレス used by the clock-in device.
  5. NFC: If NFC was used, the system displays the corresponding NFC tag information.
  6. Bluetooth: If Bluetooth was used, the system displays the Bluetooth signal 及び device information.

By default, this page displays the user's no-schedule clock-in records from the first day of the current month through today. Icons 及び markers indicate each record's status:

  • Purple clock: 余分時間 clock-in.
  • Dark blue M: A clock-in record manually added by an administrator.
  • Orange A: A correction clock-in record that has not yet been approved.
  • Light blue A: An approved correction clock-in record.

A correction clock-in record with an orange A is excluded from exported data until it is approved. After approval, the icon changes to a light blue A 及び the record is included in exported data.

"Total 時間" is the accumulated time calculated by subtracting each "時計" time from its corresponding "Clock-Out" time within the selected date range. Because no work periods are p赤efined for no-schedule clock-ins, the system calculates the duration of each pai赤 "時計" 及び "Clock-Out" record.

Common Issues

  1. Incomplete clock-in records
    • If a "時計" has no corresponding "Clock-Out," or only a "Clock-Out" exists, the total hours may be calculated incorrectly.
    • Complete the missing record as soon as possible to avoid affecting attendance 及び payroll calculations.
