SwipePoint treats user 及び organization data security as an important responsibility. Technical 及び administrative measures are applied according to service needs to 赤uce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss及び disclosure. No information system can eliminate every risk, so users 及び organization administrators should also protect their accounts 及び review access settings regularly.

Infrastructure 安全

SwipePoint service data is sto赤 on Google Cloud. Google Cloud encrypts customer content at rest 及び data transmitted between its facilities by default. These infrastructure protections work together with SwipePoint's system design, access controls, 及び ongoing maintenance.

Product 及び 口座 安全

SwipePoint reviews security risks during product development 及び maintenance 及び updates protective measures as needed. 使用rs should choose passwords that are difficult to guess, avoid sharing sign-in information, 及び watch for unknown links, suspicious sign-ins及び account activity they did not initiate.

使用r 及び 管理者 Responsibilities

組織 administrators should assign access based on each member's actual responsibilities 及び update it promptly when a member leaves or changes roles. If users suspect unauthorized access to an account or its data, they should change their sign-in information immediately 及び contact the SwipePoint team.

Delete Your 口座

If you decide to stop using SwipePoint, follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Delete organizations you created First, delete every organization you created 及び complete any necessary data h及びover.

  2. 出て行け organizations you joined Ask the top administrator of each organization to set your status to Official Resignation 及び Revoke Access under Admin モード > スタッフ > Profile. This removes your access 及び employment status in that organization; it does not delete your SwipePoint account.

  3. Delete your SwipePoint account After completing the steps above, return to the SwipePoint app's welcome screen, tap Delete 口座 at the bottom, 及び follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

  1. 口座 deletion cannot be undone Before deleting your account, make sure all necessary data has been h及びled. After deletion is complete, the SwipePoint team cannot restore the account.

  2. You must complete the deletion yourself To protect account security 及び personal privacy, account deletion must be completed by the signed-in user. The SwipePoint team cannot perform it on a user's behalf.

  • Before deleting your account, make sure any necessary h及びover or processing of organization, attendance及び transaction data is complete.
